P3M Governance

Fit for purpose Governance is a key delivery success factor. Delivery clarity increases when the right Governance structure exists to support your Portfolio, Program or Project. When Governance is working effectively, clearly defined roles, responsibilities and accountability exist, supporting the flow of the right information at the right time to the right people - enhancing overall delivery certainty.

Portfolio Management / Optimisation

There are often more candidate projects vying for inclusion into a Portfolio than there is budget, resource or risk capacity. Prioritising projects across a Portfolio is challenging. We provide Portfolio Optimisation know-how, with experience across Capital Infrastructure, Business and IT project portfolios.

PMO Optimisation / Rationalisation

PMO’s (including EPMO’s) can play a critical role in project and program success, however often they are perceived to be a roadblock to the very success they are there to support. Often the perception is accurate, and the PMO simply is meeting organisational expectations. Consequently PMO’s often get de-funded and projects are left to fend for themselves. We can very quickly assess the situation and provide the right information and guidance to transform an under-performing PMO to one that adds value to your projects.
