PMO Management

PMO’s exist to support effective delivery of Portfolio, Programs and Projects - critically offering delivery assistance and the sharing of information to make improved decisions. PMO’s are often the glue between the governing bodies and delivery, and come in varied types depending on your specific requirements determined by a range of factors. Our team know how to diagnose and best position your PMO, and to rapidly establish it with the right functions and services.

Program/Project Recovery

Risk Specialist

A core strength of DPC Australia is our extensive experience in risk management. Unfortunately, many projects fail needlessly, and often this can be traced back to (amongst other things) poor risk management practices. Ensuring you have a robust risk management framework and risk management plan are “tickets to play”, but they are not enough to embed appropriate risk management practices into your program or project.
